Talisk are multi-award winning power trio from the central belt of Scotland. A Scottish folk band composed of Mohsen Amini, Benedict Morris, and Charlie Galloway. The band rose to prominence after winning the 2015 BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award and the MG Alba Scots Trad Music Awards “Folk Band of the Year” category in 2017.
In September 2021, Hayley Keenan (Fiddle) announced her departure from Talisk to return to classroom music education. She was replaced two days later by Benedict Morris. In November 2023, Graeme Armstrong (Guitar) left and was replaced by Charlie Galloway.
May 2021, started work on cover art for Talisk’s AURA including tour poster design and other additional design for promotion.
Since it’s for a summer single, I kept the overall vibe bright, warm, and energetic to match the season. To reflect the “aura” theme, I used a strong glowing effect that feels energetic and alive. One object pops in bold color, acting as the visual anchor.
